The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close to the central railway station. It is especially close to the Circumvesuviana station. the lobby and rooms are clean and modern, with friendly staff. the breakfast is decent and the staff is accommodating with late check-ins.
Some guests have reported issues with double charges and poor communication regarding refunds.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Central Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors were equipped with very quiet air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast options, including croissants, sandwiches, cake, and fruits.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable, being just a stone's throw away from the central train station. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms on the second floor. Despite the lack of soundproofing, they were equipped with working AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was a good start to the day. The variety of options served with a smile by the staff made up for any minor inconveniences.
All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.

The hotel's location is really convenient for travellers as it is close to both the train station and the bus stop. the rooms are clean and tidy, which is always a great aspect for any stay. We also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection that allowed us to stay connected during our Christmas trip.
Our stay was quite frustrating due to a few reasons. the room had no soundproofing, so we could hear everything from the streets outside - which were really noisy even during the night.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. the location was convenient for getting around and visiting landmarks. the breakfast was quite satisfying with plenty of options.
The shower in the bathroom was an absolute disaster, the water leaked everywhere and it was quite inconvenient having to keep asking for more towels or to clean up the bathroom after every use. the noise from outside was terrible, which made for a really bad night's sleep.

Being near the center, guests can easily explore the city and its attractions.
The rooms on the 3rd floor have little soundproofing, which can be a bit of a drawback for light sleepers.
